Born and raised an artist in New York City, I am drawn to excellent artisanal work. After graduating from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communications Design, I immersed in nail specialty through Christine Valmy school out of an interest in doing nails well. I found my niche in freehand nail art, and spent the past eight years honing my craft across the top salons in the city while working with the industry's top non-toxic polish brands.

Starting 2021, I have transitioned from being a lead nail artist at the Nordstrom NYC Flagship to being an independent artist. I am available by appointment for one-on-one nail sessions in a luxury suite at The Parlor NYC and do nails on set for commercial and editorial shoots. My website showcases some of my favorite images and videos, of the work I have created with others.

Frances is New York State licensed in Nail Specialty. She holds a BFA in Communications Design—Graphic Design from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York since 2011, and was awarded the Presidential Merit Scholarship 2007–2011.
